Mark and I just purchased our first home! But there is a lot of work that needs to be done to it. Thank goodness we have the help of Mark and Karen to help us along the way! On this blog, I will keep track of our progress and post pictures of what we are doing.

What We Have Learned About Remodeling a House

1. Remodeling a house is hard work. You have to work hard, be patient, and flexible.
2. We learned how to change out the faucet in a sink!
3. Tearing down a wall is easy and fun!
4. When tearing down wallpaper, don't fight it!
5. Hammers and screwdrivers are your best friends!
6. Clean up as you go.
7. Some things are well worth the money! Like shop-vacs and tile scrapers!
8. It is very important to plan what you want to do.
9. Cleaning a house can make a huge difference!
10. Having great friends to help you out is the best thing!!
